Terms and Conditions – Art Commissions

1. General InformationBy requesting a commission, the client automatically agrees to all terms below.The artist reserves the right to refuse any request they are not comfortable with.

2. PaymentPayment is divided into 50% upfront and 50% after the lineart is approved.Accepted payment method: PayPal.Work will only begin after the first 50% payment. The final artwork will be delivered after the remaining 50% is paid.

3. Process and Deadlines
The delivery time varies depending on the type of artwork and will be informed before payment.
The client will receive updates during the main stages: sketch, lineart, and color/final rendering.If any delays occur due to personal reasons, the artist will inform the client.

4. RevisionsThe client is entitled to 3 revisions during the sketch phase at no additional cost.Extra revisions may include an additional fee.After the lineart is approved, major changes may require an extra charge.

5. Usage RightsThe artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.Commercial use requires prior discussion and an additional fee.The artist may post the artwork in their portfolio or social media (unless the client requests anonymity).

6. RefundsFull refunds are only possible before the artwork has started.Once work has begun, refunds are not available.If the client cancels after the sketch or lineart stage, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.

7. ProhibitionsThe client may not:●Remove the artist’s signature.
●Edit or alter the artwork without permission.
●Resell or use the artwork ●commercially without authorization.
●Use the artwork for offensive or illegal purposes.

8. DeliveryThe final artwork will be delivered in PNG/JPG format.Delivery will be made via email and also uploaded to Google Drive.Additional files or special formats may include an extra fee.
